We give up
I called the homeplace this morning and told them we have decided to wait. Its just taking to long. We still have no idea if we could get it or even an idea of how much. So we are going today to look at a place to rent. We have 10 days to be out of here, we just cant take the chance of not having a place to go.

Thanks guys! Yes, we are staying in the area now! Your stuck with me! lol We are looking at the town homes in Lavergne that are owned by the same people as this complex. It would give us a little more room. The only bad part is its still gas! UGH! But we will use the next 9 months to try to get our credit up and save for a down payment and try again 3 months from the end of our lease.
